Lmao how can you doxx someone on a public street, at a public event?
-
-
-
Very easily.
-
Doxxing is about platform and intent. On a public street, your face is visible, but under ordinary circumstances, only recognizable to a few
-
If you photograph people and upload those photos to a broad platform, where computer vision algorithms can do work, that is different.
-
And if you do that with intent to harm that person, that's even more different. Technology has changed the meaning of a public space.
-
Consider me schooled. This seemed backwards to me at first, but I guess I was just ignorant. Thanks.

It's tricky too!
-
It is! It is very challenging especially to keep that mindset during the heat of the moment. I didn't do perfect on a11, but I did ok.
-
And that footage completely swung the narrative and led to Nazis in jail.
-
Yes- I think documentation is important

Yeah! I think livestreaming is more useful personally. Post-processing is time consuming and often leaves raw material to discover.
-
Livestream gets out the reaction in real time. It's usually immutable, so immune to accusations of editing.
