Victimless crime vs. Serial victimizer?

Context? What is "bank fraud" who loses money? & how much is "a lot" of heroin, bc, ya know, heroin is real bad. What if it killed someone?
-
You do understand that defrauding a bank pulls away money from that bank's legitimate business interests? Which could impact thousands.
-
Yes I do. Of course it "could" but did it? Maybe that money was covered by insurance. Maybe it took money away from big biz interests only.
-
If it was covered by insurance, the insurance co has to recoup somewhere, raising rates and impacting those people regardless.
-
Big biz interests don't take losses, they carve it out of their lowest employees.
-
Banks ultimately are backed by taxpayer money when you trace it far enough through FDIC, I believe.
-
Indeed.
