So let's talk an update on Unite the Right: Jason Kessler, the permit applicant, has indicated he plans an unlawful assembly.

-
Emancipation Park is unsuited for a rally of this size and it poses a threat to Downtown businesses. Kessler claims he is working with CPD.
-
We know he has ties with the CPD, but the DBAC swings a bigger stick. Hopefully police enforce this and protect downtown.
-
What that means is that headliner
@RichardBSpencer will be forced to choose either not joining the rally or to join an unpermitted one. -
Demonstrators will be wherever Kessler shows up. If he shows up at the unpermitted location, there is no police protection.
-
Cowardly Spencer tends not to appear if a thousand cops aren't there to protect him. What will he do?
-
Anyhow, looking forward for him to be surrounded by antifa where we can have civil discourse.
