Hi. In case it's been a little too abstract and angry: today transgender Americans lost the right for *any* medical coverage.

Because you're in a car accident and are brought to the hospital

Emergency rooms cannot turn away anyone.

Nope. Hospital will take you, then charge you out of coverage medical fees. Jacks up the prices.
-
I should specify, that's not the hospital's fault. They're not targeting people to fleece them. But insurance is supposed to cover.

Ok...are they treating it? 8yrs? Awesome, then they're not denying service. U don't need to switch and U don't need further Gov protection.
-
They're not denying service because of the discrimination law, idiot
-
Will they deny it now? I'm trying to understand Ur problem...not Ur attitude. Lots of people do the right thing without being forced by Gov.
-
and unfortunately, lots of people don't, and you can't tell them apart until they pick one of the two sides
-
It is unfortunate, and sad. My only point is we shouldn't look to Gov as our only solution and then complain why they have so much power!
-
Are you really suggesting we get rid of anti-discrimination laws because they give the government too much power
-
I'm saying I believe the Gov and their laws are the sole source of discrimination, they should protect people, not independent groups
-
And how are laws creating discrimination?
