Even the instructions themselves aren't consistent and vary by orders of magnitude between surgeons. Ex: how long to dilate 2y after?

Right, which is why I want to collect the directions from as many surgeons as I can so we can compare.

Would be nice to get user input on complications, too. E.g. how many experience a tear in the frenulum, etc.
