It's easy for me to hide it. It's easy to not be noticed not eating. So I'm talking about it a bit today to shine a little light on myself.

Anyhow, recovery is an active process and good intentions don't erase the complexity of the struggle.

To end on a positive note, here are some things I am doing: - I use an app called Rise Up to track eating and mood. It pings me reminders.

- Working remotely for a company -3h means my lunch hours are meeting time. After, I leave the house to ensure I don't work instead of eat

- My wife and other close folks check in with me. - I make sure to keep snacks stocked so I can still eat healthy even if I won't meal.
