The term "social justice warrior" has always been interesting. "Warrior" was not our framing, it was the framing of wannabe soldiers.

At least on Twitter, "SJW" often means one who didn't vote for &/or stayed silent abt Hillary b/c she & Trump were "same"
-
Always risky to perpetuate steroetypes,, but I suppose it's true that one either sides with
@SusanSarandon or one doesn't. -
And "warrior" application (as far as relevance) seems an offshoot of "Bernie or Bust" mentality, which, @ the end, was 4 sure a battle cry.
-
The term existed before Bernie was a factor
-
of course it did, which is why I specifically use the term "application"
-
geez I even said "as far as relevance" to make sure I was extra clear.
-
You were very clear, but you were also very wrong. The pejorative use of the term is not Bernie related at all in the way you claim.
-
so defensive! I never said it was pejorative. Was merely trying to explain why so many ppl are ok applying word to a voter subset

They call us warriors so they can be the patriotic rebels fighting back... Yet the moment their argument turns south, they block us and hide
