DFW at least, which would be a layover for me regularly, is government-owned. I'd have to plan flights to avoid it.

Just looked at DFW's wikipedia, says it's city-owned.

Not sure how the division between state vs city owned works.

Subchapter C indicates the law applies to buildings owned by "political subdivisions", which includes cities, etc.

I'm curious to see if some cities try to go against it. The AG will have to go after them.
