Like somebody thought out every detail of life on these ships in amazing detail. Either they didn't write the dialogue, or they're bad at it

they didn't do the plot either theres a ton of dissonance between the kinda realistic depiction of life in space and the plot

the belt has a lot of rare metals and a fair amount of water, and it's not in a gravity well

it's both. Ceres is a major hub in the show, for instance. Writing/acting gets better as episodes go on, characters jell
