Under the GOP plan, am I compelled to buy insurance that I can't use anywhere because they also let me be denied treatment for being trans?

Correct, because nothing protects trans care currently so there's nothing to cut. But there's also FADA.

Pre-existing conditions and equal access to drugs/care under ACA benefit us pretty well, even if not explicitly intended.

A federal judge stayed the Sec 1557 change that guaranteed trans coverage. We don't have guaranteed equal access.

Just that costs can't be gender-differentiated. But trans exclusions remain legal.
