I agree algorithmic bans are garbage. The only behavior I want moderated is abuse and incitement of violence.

This isn't about the law. It's about Twitter's policies and their responsibilities and power.

No. The responsibility to provide access to people with lesser privilege
i think the only people of "lesser privilege" that have less access, are old people(digitally iliterate) and disabled people
