Trump doesn't speak in full, coherent sentences, because he's speaking a different language, one his followers understand but we don't.
-
-
And none of us know what it's supposed to mean because we're trying to reconstruct logical sentences, and not filling in with our biases.
-
The sentence makes perfect sense to his followers. A large number of muslim refugees caused problems that the lying media isn't reporting.
-
This style of speaking reinforces the biases of the listener, that's why it's so dangerous. We can't treat it as if Obama is speaking ConLaw
-
Trump "says it like it is" by saying the first part of a thought and letting the listener fill in the rest. Exactly as it is in their mind.

They did have problems taking in large numbers of refugees. In 2015.http://www.independent.co.uk/news/people/refugee-crisis-sweden-deputy-prime-minister-cries-as-she-announces-u-turn-on-asylum-policy-a6749531.html …

Sweden is a small country, and with the EU incapable of deciding on distribution of refugees, too many went to Sweden.
-
Facing the outlook of another surge in Summer, they had to change their policies.
-
However, what happened on Friday was this: http://edition.cnn.com/2017/02/17/africa/morocco-migrants-spain/ …
@EmilyGorcenski -
You can't ask Trump to know the difference between people from Middle East and sub-saharan Africa, or between Sweden and Spain.
-
Trump rambled, but I think he mixed up two incidences he wanted to adress: Sweden's policy change, and migrants storming Spain's border.
-
But then, I'm probably just filling his nonsense with biased meaning, just like his supporters :/
