If the power to enforce the decisions of the courts disappears, then there is nothing stopping this from becoming a dictatorship.

Impeachment? Who's going to enforce it?
-
What Congress somehow fails to realize is that the power of the Judiciary is the only thing that truly gives them power.
-
There are no takebacksies once the courts orders have less value than the paper they're printed on.
-
At that point, Congress can pass whatever law it wants, but on the ones favorable to the administration will get enforced.
-
Meanwhile, GOP voters are watching at home, pumping their fists, not realizing in 6 months it becomes their turn to pay the piper.
-
Eventually they will realize they won a truly Pyrrhic victory.
-
I am not sure anything positive pulls us out of this. I don't see a path out if this is true.
-
I don't mean to be gloomy, but really. Our democracy has always been this fragile.

I spoke with some contacts at LAX and they said they hadn't heard anything like that happening
