The first thing is it could be Putin making good on his promise to Trump. That would be a brash move after that intel got out in the open.

The other thing it could be is that Putin--or Russia?--is short on cash and had come upon 19% as the amount they had to liquidate.

If it's Trump, well that's bad. But in a cornucopia of bad things, I'm not sure it changes the calculus all that much.

If it's a cash shortage, that's maybe more concerning. It suggests the hierophant maybe isn't in as much control as he wants us to think.
