The foundational principles of medical research are the 10 points of the Nuremberg Code. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuremberg_Code …

It's striking, yet fitting, that Congress is undoing ethics oversight in an era where Nazis are coming back into power.
-
What's even more terrifying is that if you treated electing Trump with the same rigor as medical research, the experiment fails all 10 pts
-
Elections, ofc, aren't medical research. But the 10 points are the lowest bars of "don't act like a Nazi" and the admin can't even pass one.

"8. The staff who conduct or take part in the experiment must be fully trained and scientifically qualified." His cabinet fails this badly.
-
One last note: I've seen people justifying Trump by treating this like an experiment in democracy. If so, we already failed fundamentally.
