I love the argument "Hillary would have taken us to war!" because it's never quite clear with whom. Whereas now we'll be at war w/ everyone.

The only conclusive stance I saw was no-fly zones. Afaik, her team had been discussing ground troops but no conclusions.

Maybe. We ended up getting full-blown war there anyhow, just one side had nothing to fight with. No good answers, tbh.
