Yesterday I spoke about strength to an audience full of people who are going to be asked to use even more strength to push back.
-
-
I'm worried about all the people breaking into tech to secure their futures being asked to do questionable things...
-
And not having enough of a voice to push back. Or worse, not even knowing what they're building.
-
I ran through a hypothetical today: could you build a national Muslim registry and not have any engineers realize what they're building?
-
I'm pretty convinced now that the answer is yes. It would also cost billions. Which is exactly why it could happen.
-
When just wading through the abuses of the industry takes half your energy, pushing back becomes impossible.
