Turkish is agglutinative, so you basically append "functions" to a word to transform its meaning, and the arguments depend on the vowel type

So you can take a verb root, add -mV²li/ı to it, where V² is the vowel type, and it returns "need to __verb__", then you add voice suffix.

This is kind of like doing `verb.map(necessity).reduce(first person singular)`
-
This can lead to some fun words, like gelmediğinden, which means "on the account of their not coming."
