Has anyone noticed how cliquish the tech diversity community can feel? Feels like you have to personally know the Twitter famous folks.

A great point @HashtagLaToya brought up is that communities outside of SV struggle to have a platform cause there's fewer/no famous folks.

It's interesting that doing diversity + inclusion work also has the added job of boosting your own presence, otherwise your work is erased.
