If Expensify wants to make their culture what it is, and that culture is overwhelmingly white and male, then just cut straight to that.

My point is that *if* they said it explicitly, there'd be hell to pay. But couching it behind a culture argument makes it legal.

And so we cannot abide the culture argument when it is effectively a thinly veiled sidestep of Title VII and EEOC protections.
