Stop writing job requirements for the person you wish you had. Start writing them for the person who can become that and more.
Security features have changed, lots of developer convenience, etc. But architecture is mostly the same.

I'm saying bigger firms, well established reps, intl scale. Not small digital agencies with no backlog.

but like, they can still be crap. Theres no requirement for big to mean talented. Given this, maybe it's better being there?
