the apparent forgery of the attorney’s signature, perhaps by jason kessler, came to light back in augusthttps://www.dailyprogress.com/news/local/attorney-says-someone-else-put-his-signature-on-a-civil/article_47b276e8-a661-11e8-bbf6-cb8635caa517.html …

judge moore told harry this morning “i’ll let you out of the case,” but he can’t enter the order until it’s signed by jason kessler or elmer woodard, who has apparently not formally withdrawn as counsel in this case. neither kessler nor woodard appeared in court.

harry told the judge the only contact he’s had with anyone at all related to this case was with kolenich, the ohio-based attorney representing kessler in another case. he was told kolenich would be appearing pro hac vice, but there’s no filing to that effect.

asked if he was still representing eight other defendants in the case, harry said “i never was,” and that he’s never had any contact with them.

Replying to @EmilyGorcenski
definitely very ordinary, standard procedure to forge a lawyer’s signature and then not show up in court when the lawyer you never actually hired fires you.

I would appeal the Judges order and sue the forgers.
