So many amazing people helped me when I was a troubled teenager. Their brave actions, such as hiding me before & after the trial, saved my life. Literally. I consider it my duty to now help others exit hate groups & prevent radicalization - to pass on the hard lessons I learned.

Fighting hate is our duty as a society. But we can't end hate without providing exit strategies to troubled people. Being forgiven, and given a second chance by those I hated, taught me love & kindness. This is why I deeply respect what activists like my friend
