Hey folks let’s stop suggesting that having Dr Ford talk to the FBI is a good idea. Because it’s not.

As someone whose name is on an FBI 302 (a highly informed, conscious decision with strong legal support), trust me when I say it sucks 100%. The FBI will not help here. They will hurt.

The FBI will whitewash the allegation, making it easier to dismiss. Do you really think they’d bring charges? Not fucking way! And what outcome do you expect when the conclusion is no charges recommended?

Criminal charges here are not possible anyway because of the statue of limitations. Unless they rate the incident as kidnapping. But kidnapping requires moving the victim a substantial distance. Just rooms in a home probably don't count.

Maryland has no statute of limitations on this crime and his status as a federal judge would require fbi involvement. Their investigation would ultimately inform state charges, in such a scenario.
