Justice is complicated, and Preston is unrepentant. I’m not going to start my prison abolition with KKK leaders and Nazis. But the conversation necessarily includes discussion of how prisons are white supremacy factories

21 days don't start ticking til after the final sentencing order is in. I would have tried that case in a heartbeat. Facts bad, but law good.
