Ok. I'll bite. I know this is not your lecture, but in a tweet or two, what is the need to re-prove a(b+c) is the same as ab+ac? I am not deep enough in the math world to have been exposed to some of the theories brought up. I am toe-deep in calculus currently, so just curious.
