A thing I'm proud of is that when you google my name in incognito mode, several of the top results point to my technical work. I want more of that. I have the entire rest of my life to tell the story about Charlottesville.

I am mixed-race, female, and transgender. All of those things are axes of marginalization. But I am not Black, and we constantly risk erasing Blackness from these stories. I want to make sure I'm not complicit in that.

I also want to make sure the breadth of Nazi violence is captured, particularly against the trans community, and I think I have done so adequately. There is plenty more trans activism yet to be done, and it can be done in a context past Unite the Right.

im really impressed and respect you for this its a bit sad seeing elsewhere activists trying to push into the spotlight past their time, still trying to be at the forefront and eroding the advances of a movement those dont realize that a movement is about people, not just them
