yes and i’ve also seen many of my friends charged under these statues for protecting themselves from cops’ pepper spray while protesting a klan rally.

Yeah not even trying to be like, condescending or sarcastic I just don’t know why there’s outrage over a bill potentially being passed when like, COINTELPRO exists and like...the CIAs whole purpose is to suppress communism/anarchy/anti fascism here and abroad. That’s just me tho
