Antifa are literally a conspiracy formed to violate the civil rights of other people. If
@kaplanrobbie wins (which is unlikely), the exact same theory can be used to roll up antifa and their organizing entities (e.g., IGD, Unicorn Riot, etc.).

Face paint isn’t a mask. In the UK police can ask people to remove masks etc at a protest but not facepaint.
