Blue Wave Democrats better have a coping strategy for November because a nation whose government is building concentration camps and trafficking children is not a nation with fair elections.

The GOP is not getting voted out of power, y'all.

People, listen. He is not going to stage a coup or arrest people or run a false flag operation. He is going to engage in targeted voter suppression and disinformation campaigns. He does not need to prevent all the seats from shifting, just enough.

So volunteer to register people to vote and maybe rent some vans on Election Day and drive people to the polls. Y’know, fucking do something.

Curious what you've been up to, Skeletor, that stacks up against the astounding amount of work Emily's done in the past two years. How many neo-nazis have you helped prosecute?

I’m not an attorney. I’ve opened my checkbook, attended some marches, & registered voters. I’ll take the LSAT though, since that’s apparently the litmus test to gain the moral high ground of telling people trying to stop this runaway train that they’re pissing in the goddamn wind

Nor am I a data scientist. But that’s not the point. You want my thanks for what you’ve done? You have it. You want my sympathies? You have them. You wanna continue to help? Please help. You wanna tell the millions trying to fix this that they’re pissing in the wind? Hell no.

No, you’re saying what most people already know. Especially people of color, voter suppression has been their reality for centuries. Believing in the inevitability of a Blue Wave and reinforcing that narrative is not helpful. Telling people it’s hopeless is also not helpful.

Judging from my mentions, man, most people don't know it. I never said it was hopeless. I said voting wasn't sufficient.

Well, I have a master’s degree in political-science and history, so I’m all ears. Let’s take voting off the table. Prosecution as well, as it requires impeachment and removal from office. How is a regime removed from power in a liberal democracy?

What makes you so sure this is a liberal democracy? How do you know it will be in November? December? Have you considered how liberal democracies get replaced by other systems and what is being done to protect against that?
