Regardless of whether or not she wins, Cynthia Nixon is bringing radical views to the consciousness of mainstream white women.https://twitter.com/ABC/status/1009889976652312577 …

Ok and my point still remains.
#AbolishICE was trending long before Cynthia Nixon called for their abolition. -
I didn't say it wasn't. I said she was putting in the face of mainstream white women, by quoting a tweet where she appeared on The View, a program whose viewership is majorly mainstream white women.
-
Not really. She can’t be radical if 10’s of 1,000’s of white women in red states have been saying this since its inception. Just because it’s new to you, doesn’t mean it’s really new. Besides, high schools kids were saying that during Govt shutdown way before Nixon
-
Radical doesn't mean new
-
You stated she’s “bringing this radical view to the consciousness of mainstream white women.” If my tweet was confusing, my intent was, it’s not new and it’s not radical. It’s already there. The crying babies and children deserve that praise and reporters who show it,Not Nixon.
-
Words mean things. Mainstream white women and radical white women are two different groups of people. She is taking this existing idea and delivering it to people without exposure to it using her access to platforms not afforded to radical leftists typically.
-
Disagree. I have not seen any woman who 1) truly supported Trump immigration policy 2) who supported ICE say that Nixon changed their minds. Her supporters are vocal. People have said they agreed with her, but no mass numbers of white women changing on this issue.
-
Buddy, I didn't say it was changing people's minds. I said she was delivering it to eyeballs, that's it.
