That's rich coming from the person who seriously thought the Marine Corps was going to keep a white supremacist that had just been convicted via court martial. Instead of waiting for more information you had a Twitter freakout.

You mean like how they kept Michael Chesney for almost a year? Gosh where would I get that impression?

shows that you don't know what you're talking about.

oh weird how none of those things apply in this case. kinda fun how you're just making stuff up because you can't handle being wrong. i actually know precisely when Chesney's adsep started so the irony here is rich

If you knew what you were talking about, you'd know that Chesney was arrested simultaneously with another Marine, who faced the same issues and was processed out much faster, so literally none of your explanations hold.

Again: that's not how it works. Just because one case followed a given path does not mean the other has to. The different duty stations and commands alone can mean drastically different timelines. Again: if you had any clue about how the military works then you'd know that.

Congrats for affirming my initial point that it was a very real possibility that he could have stayed in the Marines for several more months. Glad we had this talk, next time you can just assume I'm right.

How? All it means is that they had less of a wait time. That's an admin issue, not something done for his benefit. But I guess everyone must defer to your opinions about an organization you have never been in, and know nothing about?

me: "The Marines are apparently keeping this guy around for a bit, according to all available information from the Marine spokesperson. He could still be separated later though." you: "LOL NO THEY NOT" also you: "I MEAN MAYBE THEY ARE"

Not what I said at all, and you know it. They wanted him gone, but the wait is different for each base and command. That's not 'keeping this guy around' as if they somehow wanted him to stay in the Marines, that's the fastest they could go. It's normal for separations to take

So you're saying that depending on the base and commander, the Marines might have let him stay in for a period of time while that was all being done. Got it.

That's not what I said. There is no 'let him stay' in this situation. Acting as if it's otherwise is just you being disingenuous.
