Yeah, but the early word is it's going to at least start in West Virginia, and I don't expect it to cover the whole valley with the kind of scale they're talking about.

I feel like I might have gotten it if they'd given us a long shot of it. I'm not very good at visual processing so I was comparing individual architectural elements to the statehouse, the historic colleges, etc.
