Why do people INSIST on just being so flat-out ignorant? Thank you for the work you do and for taking care to keep others safe, as well. 
At the grocery. Wearing my mask. Lady behind me, snarky & loud enough to make sure I heard, “don’t guess she realizes that stupid mask won’t do any good.” Me: “Honey, I’m an off duty nurse, I’m wearing it to protect YOU. But, I can take it off if you’d like.” She practically ran.

There are some pretty stupid people in the UK too! By the way, we come out of our homes on Thursday at 8pm to clap and holler for our wonderful NHS staff and all other essential workers. Do you have anything similar?

I had to get out briefly today. I was amazed at how many people were in the grocery store without anything covering their faces.

A senior who while shopping at senior time was surprised at how many seniors were there without masks. You would think they would be proactive and listen to our Governor who had requested masks be worn while in public. I guess not all the idiots are young! Right!
