2) Unfortunately @facebook's algorithm limits the reach of fan pages which means you have to pay for ads just to get your videos seen. For instance, if you paid $100 in Facebook ads for a video, you'd probably just earn $30 from ad break revenue.
For video creators, @YouTube remains better than @facebook for two reasons. 1) despite the ad breaks on both, the earning and channel growth potential is way more for #YouTube because of the suggested videos opportunities. @TeamYouTube
