Thank you for sharing your source. While there may be a slight drop of a few months due to opioid related deaths, there is still a significant looming funding issue and growth expected in recipients. All of my proposals are forward-looking. Reactive policy leads to more conflict.
My hope is to find some form of compromise to meet several needs. As medical advancements become available & with the possibility of healthcare for all, its expected that overall health will increase. Life expectancy may be level, but the number of recipients will skew resources.
