You can make as many laws as you want, in fact we have a great one now about not murdering, yet it happens. You have to deal with ppls hearts and the evil there. No amount laws can change that. Ppl will always inflict violence with whatever "tool" they use.
You’re right. Hearts are much more difficult to mend. Perhaps if we start leading with compassion and listening to those suffering the world will begin to heal. We are made to carry each other’s burdens. It’s time we remembered that.
