Very good plan. May we also include fines and penalties if a weapon is left unsecured and an accidental shooting occurs?

You know I was thinking about that. I'd like to see something affect the gun owners for failure to secure if one is used for mass violence. On accidental shootings, there are other factors that I would find challenging, especially if it's a family and it's their own child.

Disagree with money to universities. That money could be used to promote their biased policies. Some of the plan does violate the second amendment.
