I have nothing against transgender people but do you not think if someone is 8 years old they are too young to understand what they want? From your point of view is it wrong that the parents are encouraging or enabling a kid to be transgender that young?

I’ve met parents of trans children of all ages. Some children have a clear sense of identity, others less. At younger ages, identity is often expressed through hair and clothing. I have counseled some over zealous parents, but medication isn’t a factor until puberty.
