He deleted the tweet as I was responding. Oklahoma has a lot of those reforms on the books already, and yet OKCPD remains one of the deadliest police forces in the nation. We have to move away from the idea that we can reform a system built from oppression.
It’s a start, but ending no-knock warrants is appropriate at local levels, with exceptions for federal and Interpol actions when appropriately endorsed.
