Is there a safe space for folks who are completely opposite on topics of race, politics, life, etc. to have a conversation without screaming & becoming offended even when the conversation is uncomfortable?

But racists can change right? I know growing up around a few, once they saw me as a human & not what they were taught, or perceived me to be by their non-diverse circles it changed some of them.
I’d probably amend this to also include orientation and gender identity as well. In my experience being around and working with someone of an opposing view when you are both tied to creating a successful outcome, change can happen.
