    Pathetic excuse by London Mayor Sadiq Khan who had to think fast on his "no reason to be alarmed" statement. MSM is working hard to sell it!

    Will also review Regulatory Policy Committee to make sure small businesses aren't hit by red tape. Staying in EU customs union also vital.

    Often the biggest cost is business rates - we'll conduct a complete review, including consideration of land value tax or other models.
