    RIP the great Neil Peart. I loved the stories of Neil riding his motorcycle to the gigs, or pranking KISS backstage, or his columns on CBC where he'd tell Peter Gzowski about his favourite bands. Great musician, brave guy, and someone who we'll hear for generations.

    It is with a heavy heart that we share that Burton founder Jake Burton Carpenter passed away peacefully last night surrounded by loved ones as a result of complications from recurring cancer. He was the soul of snowboarding, the one who gave us the sport we love.

    Just a thought. Next time you go to a concert, buy some vinyl. Start collecting it. Put it on when people come over. You'll look cool and you'll help artist be able to make more art. Which in turn, is cool.

    I just turned down playing a pretty reputable festival this summer not only because their offer was a joke but because there was only ONE other woman on the line up. Come on people, we can do better. 13 men and 1 woman. SMDH 🤦🏼‍♀️
