    There's also arrogance, they beat us hard. Learn and reflect on the that. We've come a long way since essex man and the Reagan democrat. We need long term strategies and we need to be open to new ideas, decisions made on empirical evidence and real conversation. 3/4

    Both the centrists and the more leftwing have flaws and are guilty of being blinded by ideology on tactics and strategy. In making decisions we need to think and talk differently, openly and realise that this team is important and politics has changed. 2/4
