You can drink on mainline trains, just not London trains. Perhaps if Londoners bothered to venture further than the Capital they might experience the drinks trolleys onboard. Don’t buy from them tho, extortionate! 2 tins of M&S Pink G&T is perfect from London to Portsmouth 4 me
