It is an honor to have been asked to share what passes as hope for me these days and to see it married to the hope of so many of the folks I turn to in difficult moments. Together we grow stronger.

My husband edited this book & it is awesome. Intimate Frontiers presents human & more-than-human experiences of the Amazon far beyond all the stereotypical tropes, instead focusing on the quotidian. There are bugs, there are priests, there are Sundays at home.👇💗💚

ICYMI: The NYT ran an Op Ed that I wrote. Folks, I am proud of this one because it is all about (and not just in a theoretical sense) closing the gap between front-line climate changed communities and the policies that shape the fabric of their lives.

This piece is 🔥 . It's a personal story about plastics that talks about how they make their way into your home––when industry doesn't have other uses for the chemicals of which they are comprised––& how they will drive climate change this century. I learned a lot. THX. Beck!
