The public health concerns on the Hill have been largely brushed under the rug. Capitol Hill was already way too slow in updating the procedures for tours, visitors etc to protect the public’s health & safety. This put constituents, staffs, Cap Hill admin, & Cap Police at risk.
Every single American deserves a vote from their Rep & Senator at this critical time. The only way this safely happens is with remote voting. B/c as more & more Reps/Senators are quarantined, that deprives districts & states & some of the American people of their vote.

The GOP should not be using this pandemic to rush changes to voting, especially if its electronic. Vote by mail with hand-marked paper ballots is NECESSARY.
Check with some of Kasich’s House staff. They researched having Members work and vote from home districts. Come to DC for ceremonial things. This was 1995 and those already there threw an absolute fit, especially the lobbyists.@CesarConda we’re you there during this?
