Youngest GOP woman ever elected to Congress!
Hope she’s not trans. Because the GOP is responsible for not recognizing their humanity and ability to serve, and now the Naval Academy has gone backwards, in 2019. We deserve better than what the GOP imagines about people. But congratulations for her personal achievement.
One of the most humbling aspects of serving #NY21 in Congress is the opportunity to nominate our talented young leaders to military academies. This morning, I just got off the phone with one of #NY21 nominees as she informed me she accepted her appointment to the @NavalAcademy
