struggling during this shutdown. I will continue to cross party lines to vote at every opportunity to end this shutdown. I hope my colleagues in the House will work w/ the Administration and the Senate to come to a compromise to end this shutdown on behalf of the American people.

Translation: I thanked the TSA inspector for working for nothing, while I go back to Congress and DO nothing. McConnell needs to allow a vote. If Trump vetoes the bipartisan proposal for the sake of his idiotic wall, 67 senators can override his veto.

I'm usually on here criticizing you. However, checked your voting record so far this year, and you *have* crossed the aisle & voted w/Dems on important bills to open the govt & end the shutdown. Thank you. (But I'll keep watching.)
