I do not support an "assault weapons ban". I represent tens of thousands of legal gun owners. My Democratic opponent does support a ban and this past weekend the @timesunion Ed Board reported that she told them that "she favors... reimposing an assault weapons ban." #NY21

If you lived in the North Country, you'd know people don't want or need weapons of war for hunting. Which is why Northern New Yorkers have done just fine under the existing assault weapons ban.

Hello! I live here, and an AR-15 is not a "weapon of war." Never fired one during 5 years in the Marine Corps.
